After we have acquired a project, we start mounting and assembling the machine in our 5000 m2 production hall (wow!). You prepare the project planning, budget and quality requirements and ensure adherence. Do you have the right people in your team? Is everything still on schedule? If you run into something, you consult with the project manager or your colleagues...
